Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un bon accompagnement des relations nourrici\u00e8res a \u00e0 voir avec la \u00ab\u00a0valorisation\u00a0\u00bb des parents d&rsquo;accueil ? Et quelles sont les structures et les processus qui contribuent \u00e0 garantir la r\u00e9ussite des relations de placement familial ? Ces questions parmi d\u2019autres \u00e9taient au centre des discussions entre les professionnels pr\u00e9sents et les chercheurs. Une trentaine de personnes de Suisse al\u00e9manique et de Suisse romande s&rsquo;\u00e9tait r\u00e9unie \u00e0 Bienne pour promouvoir le projet \u00ab\u00a0Enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil &#8211; prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb. Un bon nombre de personnes pr\u00e9sentes ont travaill\u00e9 avec les parents, les parents d&rsquo;accueil et les enfants plac\u00e9s depuis des d\u00e9cennies. L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement de dialogue a pu s&rsquo;appuyer sur cette richesse d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jetez un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il \u00e0 la vid\u00e9o<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2350-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/pflegekinder-nextgeneration.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Dialoggruppe_211021_Rueckblick.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pflegekinder-nextgeneration.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Dialoggruppe_211021_Rueckblick.mp4\">https:\/\/pflegekinder-nextgeneration.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Dialoggruppe_211021_Rueckblick.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><strong>Des discussions anim\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la manifestation de Bienne, les r\u00e9sultats interm\u00e9diaires des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois par les trois \u00e9quipes de recherche et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9s avec les praticiens pr\u00e9sents. Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats des recherches respectives, le contenu a \u00e9t\u00e9 approfondi par la discussion ult\u00e9rieure avec les praticiens des diff\u00e9rents cantons suisses pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n<p>La professeur Daniela Reimer de la Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule f\u00fcr angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) a \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9e par la qualit\u00e9 du dialogue. Les personnes pr\u00e9sentes lui ont dit ce qu&rsquo;elles entendaient, en tant que sp\u00e9cialistes du domaine, par \u00ab\u00a0un bon soutien aux relations de soins\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Dr. Gisela Kilde, de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg, qui a discut\u00e9 du th\u00e8me de la \u00ab\u00a0participation\u00a0\u00bb avec les personnes pr\u00e9sentes, l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 une sorte de retour d&rsquo;information direct.<\/p>\n<p>Et le professeur Stefan Schnurr de de la Hochschule f\u00fcr Soziale Arbeit (FHNW), qui avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences entre les cantons, a \u00e9galement remerci\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 la fin pour les nombreuses bonnes contributions, qui doivent maintenant \u00eatre trait\u00e9es. Tout n&rsquo;a pas pu \u00eatre pris en compte dans l\u2019\u00e9tude, mais les nombreux conseils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utiles.<\/p>\n<p>Les praticiens pr\u00e9sents \u00e9taient \u00e9galement satisfaits. Leur exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tait recherch\u00e9e, leur voix \u00e9tait entendue.
