Avec le professeur Alexander Grob, qui se consacre depuis des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la politique et la pratique d\u2019assistance en Suisse, un grand connaisseur du travail scientifique rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alexander Grob sera d\u00e9sormais responsable, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Jacqueline Burckhardt, pr\u00e9sidente de la Fondation Palatin, de la direction op\u00e9rationnelle du projet \u00ab Enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil \u2013 prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00bb. Celle-ci inclut, par exemple, le contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9roulement global du projet. Dans sa fonction de nouveau membre du conseil de fondation, Prof. Grob conseille celui-ci sur les questions strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9es au projet. \u00ab Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de ce nouvel apport de comp\u00e9tence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00bb, commente Jacqueline Burckhardt. \u00ab Nous sommes convaincus qu\u2019avec Alexander Grob, notre projet national ax\u00e9 sur la recherche et la pratique sera encore sensiblement renforc\u00e9. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Grob, Professeur en psychologie du d\u00e9veloppement et de la personnalit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de B\u00e2le depuis 2005, a en effet \u00e0 son actif des prestations scientifiques notables. Il a dirig\u00e9 nombre de grands projets fondamentaux interdisciplinaires et de projets de recherche ax\u00e9s sur une mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8te. Entre 2011 et 2018, il est au conseil de la recherche du Fond national suisse, et pr\u00e9side le groupe de direction du projet du FNS 76 \u00ab Assistance et coercition \u2013\u00a0pass\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent et avenir \u00bb. Le programme de recherche vise \u00e0 analyser dans leurs diff\u00e9rents contextes les caract\u00e9ristiques, m\u00e9canismes et effets de la politique et de la pratique d\u2019assistance suisses. Il doit identifier les causes possibles des pratiques d\u2019assistance qui ont eu un impact sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des personnes concern\u00e9es, et analyser les r\u00e9percussions sur les personnes touch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif constant du Professeur Grob \u2013ce sont ses commentaires sur son \u0153uvre scientifique\u2013 est de promouvoir les environnements de d\u00e9veloppement des enfants, adolescents et adultes, \u00ab afin qu\u2019ils puissent exploiter pleinement leur potentiel et devenir des membres de la communaut\u00e9 autonomes et productifs \u00bb.
