Les appels d\u2019offres correspondants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s en ao\u00fbt 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La situation des enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil en Suisse doit connaitre une am\u00e9lioration durable \u2013 c\u2019est en ayant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit cet objectif que le groupe de projet \u00ab Recherche &amp; D\u00e9veloppement \u00bb a d\u00e9fini trois grands champs d\u2019investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation, bon accompagnement, comparaison des structures cantonales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La perspective des enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil est au centre de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude. Comment per\u00e7oivent-ils leurs possibilit\u00e9s de participation ? Leurs droits sont-ils respect\u00e9s ? Quelles sont les barri\u00e8res qui entravent l\u2019application de ces droits ? C\u2019est \u00e0 ces questions et d\u2019autres encore qu\u2019est consacr\u00e9 le projet <em>Participation des enfants en famille d&rsquo;accueil<\/em>, avec pour finalit\u00e9 de tirer des conclusions en vue d\u2019une pratique participative r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet <em>Un bon accompagnement des relations nourrici\u00e8res<\/em> s\u2019int\u00e9resse au fait qu\u2019enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d&rsquo;accueil, familles d\u2019origines et familles d\u2019accueil impliqu\u00e9s dans la relation nourrici\u00e8re sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches complexes. Cette \u00e9tude porte tout particuli\u00e8rement sur la question de savoir comment l\u2019accompagnement des relations nourrici\u00e8res est organis\u00e9 en Suisse et sur quels mod\u00e8les de pratique exemplaire on peut s\u2019orienter pour am\u00e9liorer cet accompagnement.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet <em>Comparaison des structures cantonales<\/em> doit \u00e9tudier les effets du f\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019analyser, en examinant les structures, bases l\u00e9gales et modalit\u00e9s de financement cantonales h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, les conditions-cadres n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des relations nourrici\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des ressources suffisantes pour une recherche approfondie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour que les projets de recherche puissent avoir un impact \u00e0 long terme, il leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9 un plafond de d\u00e9penses de respectivement CHF 150 000, 250 000 et 400 000. Ce budget englobe la communication appropri\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 divers publics cibles dans le cadre des manifestations du projet global. Les chercheurs venus de toute la Suisse et leurs \u00e9quipes peuvent soumettre leurs offres jusqu\u2019au 16 octobre 2020 au plus tard. Apr\u00e8s \u00e9valuation des offres, le groupe de projet \u00ab Recherche &amp; D\u00e9veloppement \u00bb d\u00e9cidera en d\u00e9cembre de l\u2019attribution des contrats.
