Les groupes de parole ont d\u00e9sormais pour fonction de refl\u00e9ter le processus de recherche dans la pratique. Les personnes directement impliqu\u00e9es doivent notamment avoir la parole dans le projet alors m\u00eame que les r\u00e9sultats de recherche doivent \u00eatre rendus exploitables pour la pratique. Le public tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9 s\u2019est tout d\u2019abord vu pr\u00e9senter de premiers r\u00e9sultats interm\u00e9diaires des trois \u00e9tudes \u00ab Participation des enfants plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil \u00bb, \u00ab Un bon accompagnement des relations nourrici\u00e8res \u00bb et \u00ab Comparaison des structures cantonales \u00bb. Les premiers groupes de parole ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s en Suisse al\u00e9manique et romande pour consigner de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9coce les exp\u00e9riences des enfants plac\u00e9s, ainsi que des parents biologiques et nourriciers et des\u00a0fournisseurs de prestations dans le cadre des placements en famille d\u2019accueil (FPF).\u00a0Les personnes concern\u00e9es int\u00e9ress\u00e9es peuvent encore s\u2019inscrire aux prochains groupes de parole.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela implique pour des parents biologiques de faire placer leurs propres enfants? Comment sont organis\u00e9s les contacts avec les autorit\u00e9s? Les parents biologiques se sentent-ils suffisamment soutenus? Ces questions et d\u2019autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 centrales pour le premier groupe de parole qui s\u2019est r\u00e9uni \u00e0 Zurich fin janvier. Cet \u00e9change anim\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour tous. Comme la discussion l\u2019a montr\u00e9, les parents participants ont souvent v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences tr\u00e8s similaires. De nombreux <em>parents biologiques<\/em> ont par exemple rapport\u00e9 un sentiment de manque de perspectives, de soutien et d\u2019implication faibles pendant la p\u00e9riode de s\u00e9paration d\u2019avec l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n<p>En Suisse romande aussi, un premier groupe de parole s\u2019est r\u00e9uni, avec des personnes issues de familles d\u2019accueil. Lors de cette r\u00e9union \u00e9galement, certains th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 parmi les participant-e-s, comme le manque de reconnaissance du travail des <em>familles d\u2019accueil<\/em> ou le manque de ressources pour la prise en charge optimale des enfants qui leur sont confi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de parole des FPF s\u2019est r\u00e9uni pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2020. Les disparit\u00e9s structurelles dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions de Suisse \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 perceptibles au niveau de la participation\u00a0: Tandis que nous, les Suisses al\u00e9maniques, accueillions exclusivement des organisations priv\u00e9es, on recevait du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Suisse francophone des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration cantonale. En Suisse romande, les services cantonaux n\u2019ont pas seulement la responsabilit\u00e9 de la surveillance des relations nourrici\u00e8res, ils assurent \u00e9galement diverses prestations dans le cadre des placements en famille d\u2019accueil. Il est fait appel pour certaines t\u00e2ches \u00e0 des FPF priv\u00e9es, mais leur intervention est bien moins \u00e9tendue qu\u2019en Suisse al\u00e9manique. C\u2019est sans doute pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que les participants semblaient visiblement tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par un \u00e9change qui aille au-del\u00e0 des limites cantonales et des d\u00e9coupages linguistiques. Concernant le th\u00e8me central \u00ab Accompagnement des relations nourrici\u00e8res \u00bb, les participants \u00e9taient d\u2019accord sur ce point : Continuit\u00e9 et relation sont d\u2019une importance primordiale pour un bon accompagnement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
